Support our customer’s business requirements gathering

Lead business case meetings with global customers

Support new integration patterns of the product with 3rd party’s technologies

Provide ongoing analysis support for our customers’ including data analysis, use case optimisation etc.

Reproduce customers’ scenarios to mitigate product gaps and new features

• BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems /Industrial Engineering/Economy/ Business administration or another quantitative knowledge
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst from B2B Industries
• Experience working with global customers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, Self-motivated and independent
• Willingness to work with customers in different time-zones
• English proficiency

Advantages:

• Experience in the Authorization industry and Access management systems
