What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for data and AI-driven products to lead our end-to-end data generation capability. In this role, you will own our existing data product and drive the continuous improvement of its large language model (LLM) features—overseeing data collection, model prioritization, development, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will champion accuracy, scalability, and innovation across the organization.

What will you do?
- Product Ownership: Oversee the roadmap for our existing data product and lead the data generation capability—defining features, refining LLM-based processes, and driving measurable outcomes.
- End-to-End Delivery: Translate strategic goals into a clear roadmap, collaborating with R&D, prompt engineers, and data specialists to optimize data features and maintain high-value outputs.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market and user research to align product capabilities with industry needs, refining prompts and model performance for best results.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor metrics for accuracy and speed of new capabilities, iterating on features based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate priorities and progress with the parent company’s GTM teams, while partnering with R&D and other PMs to ensure seamless coordination.
- Requirements & Backlog: Translate user stories and objectives into requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog that balances strategic vision with technical feasibility.
- Project & Change Management: Implement effective processes to manage research-heavy workflows and oversee full product lifecycles, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of hands-on Product Management experience, ideally with data-intensive or AI-driven products.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: Ability to autonomously drive initiatives to completion, with minimal oversight.
- Technical Savvy & Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with GenAI model development or prompt engineering processes and best practices is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Key Tools: Confluence, JIRA, Monday, Excel, Jupyter Notebook (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Hebrew, capable of tailoring complex ideas to varied audiences.
- Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Insurance/Financial Knowledge: Nice to have, but not mandatory.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Skilled at navigating a fast-paced, research-heavy environment and bringing order to evolving processes.
