What are we looking for?

We are seeking a high-energy, intellectually curious Product Manager in the start of their career to join the team behind our most strategic and high-profile initiative. Working directly under the Head of Product and alongside a Senior PM, you will help build a transformative, AI-driven search engine and agentic platform designed to redefine the insurance industry.

This isn't just another product—it is the flagship project of a major international corporation with the potential to impact tens of thousands of users. We are looking for a "high-ceiling" individual: someone who may be early in their product career but possesses the brilliance, drive, and data-fluency to grow into a world-class PM.

What will you do?

• Feature Execution: Assist in defining and refining features for our AI search engine, translating complex agentic capabilities into clear, actionable requirements.
• Product Analytics: Lead product analytics work for the product.
• Data-Driven Insights: Dive deep into data and user behavior to help the team make informed decisions about model performance and search accuracy.
• Roadmap Support: Support the Senior PM and Head of Product in maintaining a high-quality backlog, ensuring the engineering team has everything they need to move fast.
• Collaborative Learning: Work closely with R&D, prompt engineers, and designers to see features through from ideation to launch.
• Market & Tech Research: Stay at the forefront of Gen-AI and Agentic trends, helping the team understand how new technologies can be applied to our specific industry challenges.
• Stakeholder Sync: Help coordinate between various global teams to ensure our vision is communicated clearly and timelines are met.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Analyst or equivalent.
• Exceptional Intelligence & Drive: You are a quick study who thrives on solving hard problems and doesn't settle for "good enough."
• Data Savvy: You are comfortable navigating data, spotting patterns, and using evidence to back up your ideas.
• The "Product Mindset": Even if you don't have years of experience, you have a natural intuition for user needs and how technology creates value.
• Technical Advantage: A degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is a significant advantage, but not a requirement for the right candidate.
• Bilingual Communication: Mandatory high-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew to effectively collaborate with local R&D and international stakeholders.
