Pliops is seeking a talented and motivated System Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative storage solutions.

In this role, you'll gain valuable experience working alongside architects and engineers, translating your analytical skills, experience, and creativity into cutting-edge system design.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, business and fellow Architects) to define and develop system-level features for Pliops' products.
  • Create technical documentation and architectural collateral, including product specifications, performance analyses and prototypes.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, driving product quality and innovation.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure product stability and performance.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive and insightful feedback.
  • Expand your knowledge of system architecture principles and storage technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Experience in hardware design (VLSI, verification) or architecture roles within a semiconductor company.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the development of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Prior experience in storage technologies or system architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A passion for learning and innovation.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and inspire development teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a well-known institute.
