About the Role:

As the Data Team Lead, you will report to the VP of Product and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions across the company. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams, you’ll oversee dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and ensure our data systems support strategic planning and execution. This is a hands-on role for a technical leader passionate about solving complex problems in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain dashboards to empower decision-makers with real-time insights.
• Analyze customer behavior and product funnels to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct in-depth and ad-hoc analyses for specific features or business needs, diving directly into data to uncover actionable insights.
• Define and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Create alerts and monitoring systems to proactively address potential challenges or opportunities.
• Oversee BI tasks, including ETLs, infrastructure design, and event definition.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration within the team, promoting professional growth and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with experience leading a team.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Mixpanel, SQL, Tableau, and Python (preferred).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing startup.
• Collaboration: Experience working closely with product and marketing teams to align data insights with business goals.
• Analytical Focus: Expertise in analyzing customer behavior, product funnels, retention, adoption, and conversion metrics. Familiarity with LTV and CAC analysis is a plus.
