We’re seeking a creative self-starter with strong domain expertise in performance marketing to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a strong background in paid acquisition marketing. In your day-to-day role, you will have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, and user funnel optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Create customer-centered, data-driven marketing campaigns across platforms to meet business and brand objectives.
- User Funnel Optimization: Identify and prioritize impactful opportunities within user funnels; develop hypotheses, find relevant solutions, and ensure swift implementation.
- Creative Direction: Guide the creative development of marketing assets (photos, videos, copy) to enhance campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for assigned areas, managing budget allocation, execution of approved plans, and final reconciliation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams in the company to test, measure, and scale campaigns effectively.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute global go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of increasing user bases through social platforms, display, and search (e.g., Facebook and Google Ads).
- Experience in building performance marketing activities from the ground up or in early stages.
- Strong data analysis skills with a focus on driving incremental value.
- Experience in developing funnels from ad engagement to subscription conversion.
- Excellent business judgment and decision-making abilities; adept at identifying, prioritizing, and articulating high-impact initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey insights and ideas effectively.
- Creative and innovative thinker capable of gaining first-mover advantage and maintaining a competitive edge in the paid social landscape.
- BS or MS in a quantitative field such as marketing, business, or exact sciences.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
