About the job

We’re looking for a Creative Performance Video Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos and data-driven results. Your main playground will be Meta Reels (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, developing creative that doesn’t just look good, it sells.

A big part of your work will be concepting and producing videos based on creators and UGC (user-generated content), tapping into what feels authentic and drives trust at scale.

In this role, you’ll also lead our push into AI-powered creative, experimenting with cutting-edge tools like VEO3, Ideogram, Midjourney, Runway, KREA, and beyond to bring fresh ideas to life, streamline production, and unlock new formats.

You'll take the reins on motion design, starting with animations inside our products to enhance the user experience, and then extending into marketing assets that amplify our brand and drive acquisition.

What you’ll do

  • Develop high-converting short-form video content, with a strong focus on Meta Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, rooted in creators & UGC storytelling.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends and creative formats to keep our ads fresh and platform-relevant.
  • Drive our AI creative initiatives, experimenting with tools like VEO3, Ideogram, Midjourney, Runway, KREA, and more to push what’s possible.
  • Lead the creation of motion graphics & animations primarily for our in-app experience, later expanding to marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Analyze creative performance data in close partnership with our marketing team, iterate rapidly, and scale top-performing concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brainstorming to production, while maintaining quality and speed.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating performance-focused creative for paid social, with a strong emphasis on Meta Reels and TikTok.
  • A passion for experimenting with AI in video and design, actively exploring tools like VEO3 and more.
  • Solid motion design skills (After Effects or similar), with a portfolio showing work that improves product experiences, not just marketing flair.
  • Sharp eye for data, you love to see how creative performs and use metrics to iterate and improve.
  • Excellent communication skills; you can clearly present concepts, share rationale, and adapt based on feedback.
  • Self-starter mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn’t wait for instruction to push creativity forward.
