As Vice President of Product, you will be responsible for defining and leading the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all ReasonLabs products. This is a senior executive role, sitting on the leadership team, with direct ownership over product outcomes and KPIs including LTV, engagement, retention, conversion, and other core business metrics.
You will inspire, lead, and develop the product team, while working closely with the executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure full alignment between the product, marketing, engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy
- Define and articulate a compelling long-term product vision aligned with company strategy and business goals.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing market needs, business opportunities, and available resources.
- Establish clear product differentiation in the global B2C cybersecurity market.
- Conduct ongoing market research, ecosystem mapping, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy.
- Perform regular SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer & Market Insight
- Maintain an in-depth focus on target audience and ICP, understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Analyze product performance metrics (purchases, customer feedback, usability data) to drive continuous improvement.
- Systematically gather user feedback, including direct conversations with key users.
Execution & Measurement
- Define clear product KPIs and success metrics; track performance against goals.
- Establish quarterly product goals and translate them into concrete features, initiatives, and cross-team efforts.
- Continuously assess progress towards goals and create actionable plans to address gaps.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team; foster collaboration, shared ownership, and synergy.
- Oversee team productivity, performance reviews, personal growth, and recruitment.
- Build strong working relationships between the product team and other departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to ensure brand and campaign alignment with product positioning.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, to ensure product-market fit and impactful releases.
- Support go-to-market planning and feature launches.
Requirements:
- Extensive product management experience, with meaningful experience in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record in B2C or Cybersecurity B2B product strategy, growth, and lifecycle management — ideally in consumer technology or cybersecurity.
- Experience defining and executing product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of user research, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
