What We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Team Leader with deep expertise in iOS development and strong cross-platform experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of our flagship cross-platform mobile app, with a strong focus on iOS (Swift) and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications to ensure a seamless, reliable, and high-quality user experience.
• Lead technical decisions on the development of our mobile apps.
• Integrate efficiently and securely with backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices in mobile architecture and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers in an agile environment.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• 3+ years of cross-platform development experience.
• Experience with KMP.
• Solid understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle on both platforms
• Familiarity with the latest platform capabilities and APIs on iOS and Android, including new OS features, developer tools, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of user attribution mechanisms - an advantage
