The platform growth is a key operation in Similarweb’s global expansion effort, targeting both new audiences & existing customers. Similarweb operates a growth strategy that demands capable, bold yet sensitive & careful hands to be led effectively within a global, matrix-organization environment.
The platform growth product manager will own and manage critical platform modules as well as new cross-platform features and services, aiming to improve essential business and product metrics; activation & retention by different target segments, as well as initiatives aiming to grow & expand strategic accounts. The platform growth product manager is expected to plan & lead a product strategy, in coordination with stakeholders throughout the organization (C level, Solutions GMs, Key GTM personas), and lead its execution using allocated resources (R&D teams, analysts, designers, UX & copy experts, and 3rd-party reps) to achieve target product objectives & business goals on quarterly basis.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as a Platform Growth Product Manager means your daily responsibilities include:
Lead a data & customer-centric quarterly product strategy & roadmap
Coordinate R&D operations, to ensure alignment with product priorities
Manage an effective product-design efforts to support fail-fast releases
Plan & track supporting product experiments, to validate concepts, track product & business impact & optimize
Consolidate and present operation results & logical follow-up actions
Address platform-level requests and issues with peripheral departments (Solutions, Support, GTM etc.)
This is the perfect job for someone who:
At least 2 Years of B2B SaaS product management experience - Must
At least 4 Years of product management experience - Must
Software development methodologies & technical background - Must
Sensitivity to User-experience & optimization background - Must
Statistical / Analytical background - Advantage
A/B Tests Operation Experience - Advantage
Self-Service products - Advantage
Practical entrepreneurship & leadership experience - Advantage
Ability to collaborate with and align multiple stakeholders
An excellent team player with a can-do attitude
Strong stakeholders management with written & verbal communication skills
