We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our NY office and our Global Talent Acquisition Team as an Individual Contributor. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Similarweb, you'll be at the forefront of our quest to assemble the best talent in the industry.

Here's what you'll be doing all day:

  • Ownership of Recruiting end to end: Partner closely with hiring managers across our North American offices, taking ownership of the entire recruiting process.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted talent advisor, offering your strategic recommendations to shape our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Sourcing: Utilize a diverse array of methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates, including leveraging social media platforms, attending networking events, and participating in job fairs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interests, personalities, and salary expectations.
  • Skills Assessment: Apply standardized screening techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our organization.
  • Technology Utilization: Harness the power of our ATS system to efficiently post job openings and track applicant progress.
  • Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within our talent acquisition team.
  • Candidate Experience: Craft and own a top-notch candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS company, demonstrating your ability to excel in this competitive landscape.

  • Previous experience shaping and influencing a vibrant and effective talent acquisition process.
  • A data-driven mindset coupled with curiosity, enabling you to inform and educate our leaders with valuable insights.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, bonus, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.

Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
