We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate client relationships, develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, generate leads, negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships.

This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Account Management, EMEA.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be expected to exceed revenue goals by preserving and expanding our existing customer base.You will take a consultative approach with our Enterprise client base and will assist in finding new business applications for our data sets and solutions.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Enterprise team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Build business cases to establish value
  • Build enterprise plans and strategies for each account to help the client achieve their business goals
  • Build trust with customers, leverage multiple use cases and grow the revenue
  • Present Similarweb solutions to prospective clients, taking a customer-centric and value driven approach to the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation and negotiation.
  • Consistently follow client and industry news and developments and adapt accordingly
  • Manage relationships with decision makers and executives across the client organization

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  1. At least 3 years of customer facing commercial experience.
  2. A strong understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing; including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing, and data solutions.
  3. Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to persuade, lead, confidently handle and resolve customer objections.
  4. Comfortable navigating complex evaluation and procurement processes.
  5. Outbound lead generation experience.
  6. Experience of working with SaaS data-driven analytics solutions (a plus).
  7. Fluent in English
