We’re looking for an Experienced Mobile User Acquisition Manager to scale the audience and revenue of multiple cross-platform products. This role will report to Team Lead Marketing.

In today’s highly competitive product landscape, solid digital marketing strategy and execution are more important than ever. We are seeking a super-talented team member who can take responsibility for the paid advertising operation of various B2C products we own. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Marketing team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Creating and executing a strong multi-channel performance marketing strategy for mobile products to help acquire new customers at an ambitious ROAS ecosystem
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy and run data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize our activity.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of your campaigns and driving marketing decisions based on KPIs
  • Implementing tracking methods to ensure accurate measurement
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop our creative assets to deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Performing research on the latest trends & competitors to spot growth
  • Manage and develop relationships with different marketing partners.

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  1. 5+ years hands-on media buying experience for B2C mobile products (Web/Affiliation experience - high advantage)
  2. Experience with various user acquisition channels (Media, Display networks, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Programmatic, and others).
  3. Number-oriented with analytical skills and comfortable with large sets of data and numbers.
  4. Solid technical experience and deep understanding of how tracking/attribution works, using MMP’s and other tracking tools. (Google Analytics - advantage)
  5. Excellent analytical skills and passion for extracting actionable insights from data
  6. Creativity, motivation, and a structured approach
  7. Deep understanding of subscription-based business models (SaaS) and user funnels - Must.
  8. Creative abilities and some copywriting skills - a big advantage.
  9. “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
