We’re looking for an Experienced Performance Marketing Manager to scale the audience and revenue of multiple cross-platform products. This role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing (B2C)..

In today’s highly competitive product landscape, solid digital marketing strategy and execution are more important than ever. We are seeking a super-talented team member who can take responsibility for the paid advertising operation of various B2C products we own. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Marketing team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Creating and executing a strong multi-channel performance marketing strategy for both web and mobile-web products to help acquire new customers at an ambitious ROAS
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of your campaigns and driving marketing decisions based on KPIs
  • Implementing tracking methods to ensure accurate measurement
  • Crafting beautiful and enriching content and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team
  • Performing research on the latest trends & competitors to spot growth opportunities
  • Owning complex user journeys, with multiple KPI’s such as CVR to purchase & Trial, Sign-ups, and more

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience for B2C web products (mobile experience - advantage)
  2. A knack for identifying target audiences and proficiency with Native, PPC, Programmatic, and Display advertising
  3. Campaign automation & optimization - Manage and fine tune AI led campaigns (Google PMAX, Meta Advantage+, programmatic DSPs) for best results.
  4. Solid technical experience and understanding using pixels, UTMs, and Google Analytics (AppsFlyer - advantage)
  5. Excellent analytical skills and a passion for extracting actionable insights from data
  6. AI-driven data & audience insights - Leverage ML tools for audience
    segmentation, predictive LTV, and spotting growth opportunities.
  7. Creativity, motivation, and a structured approach - High skill with generative AI for creative & copy for quickly producing and testing ads, copy, and landing pages
  8. Fluent English
