We are looking for a Director of Product Growth to join the Demand Generation department.
Why is this role so important at Similarweb?
As the Director of Product Growth at Similarweb, you will lead a team of talented product managers and designers, to drive the vision and execution of the entire user journey across all of Similarweb offerings. You will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams, including; engineering, data, sales and marketing, operations and user research to develop exceptional user experiences.
In this role, your impact on the company will be significant, as you will be responsible for all user flows in one of the fastest growing revenue streams of the company, and ensuring the product and design teams deliver exceptional digital products that align with our business objectives and user needs.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Lead, own and execute a high impact product and design strategy and roadmap for the PLG funnel of Similarweb platform overseeing the areas of conversion, activation, monetization and expansion for both self served and managed customers.
- Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market through research and interviews
- Plan, prioritize define and design features to realize the product and design vision with the autonomy to identify what opportunities we pursue, and what capabilities we unlock for our customers
- Partner successfully with Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Ops and Sales and Marketing to drive supreme product results
- Rollout features to our users responsibly utilizing user testing, closed and open beta programs
- Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate the features to achieve product goals
- Lead and mentor a team of super talented product managers.
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced global digital product company with experience on developing PLG funnels.
- At least 5 years as a direct manager of product and/or design teams.
- Progressive thinking paired with strong execution. You can envision a different world and can articulate a clear path to get there.
- You have impeccable product taste, and have shipped products with great user experiences at scale.
- You are a mentor to your team, you lead by example and are able to lead organizational changes to adapt to market changes.
- You’ve brought a product to market and are savvy about positioning.
- You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
- You have captivating storytelling, superb communication & presentation skills and enjoy having fun on the job.
- Hands-on state of mind - a must!
