We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (12 weeks) to support regional Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring activities across Japan, China, and Singapore. The internship is expected to commence anytime between now and August 2026.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, talent market mapping, and interview coordination within a fast-paced international environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Similarweb, you will play a key role in helping us attract and engage top talent across APAC markets.
What You Will Learn
During the internship, you will gain exposure to:
- Regional GTM hiring across APAC markets
- Talent sourcing and market mapping strategies
- Recruitment operations and stakeholder management
- Candidate experience and interview coordination
- Recruitment tools and ATS systems
What You'll Be Doing
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
- Talent Market Mapping: Conduct talent mapping and market research to support regional hiring and expansion plans
- Candidate Evaluation: Support initial candidate screening and scheduling processes
- Interview Coordination: Manage candidate communications and interview logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with interest in talent acquisition, or HR
- Available for a full-time internship for 10–12 weeks (May to August 2026)
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Japanese language capabilities are a plus due to regional hiring exposure
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with good time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Interest in diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices
For this position we require in-office presence (4 days a week).
