Taranis is looking for a Customer Success Intern to work in our Westfield, IN office to play a key role in evaluating insights developed by our technology, to communicate with customers and reinforce the value we provide. This role will be employed July - August.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to access, review, and make notes on insights throughout the growing season
  • Create value stories, and communicate them clearly
  • Gather feedback from customers and make notes / recommendations to communicate with affected team

Requirements

  • Understanding of agriculture, and agronomic skills
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Professional, helpful demeanor
