Taranis is currently looking for an experienced People Experience & Office Manager to play a key role in our company. This role is a critical part of our People & Culture team and will focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction and fostering a positive workplace culture. The position is located in our Tel Aviv office

Responsibilities

People Experience:

  • Develop and implement strategic engagement activities and programs that drive employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our company values and business objectives
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and celebrations that contribute to a cohesive and motivated workforce
  • Actively participate in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences for employees
  • Develop and implement policies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational change through effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with our offices in the US and Brazil to ensure consistent communication and practices globally

Office Management:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a tech startup company
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices
