Taranis is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and accelerate our growth!

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience.
  • Represent the company brand, acting as an ambassador for our culture and mission as the first point of contact for candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast and efficient recruiting process.

P&C Support:

  • Active member of the P&C Team: Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects, fostering a positive workplace culture and engagement.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, maintaining open and positive communication.
  • Data Management: Keep employee records accurate and current, and help prepare HR reports and analytics.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition roles, specifically in Tech (SaaS startup companies - advantage
  • Strong candidate outreach skills and the ability to build both short and long-term sourcing strategies
  • Passion for people and recruitment in a data-driven manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment and HR systems
