By combining Sentry’s local legacy with TrueAccord’s innovative, empathy-driven approach, we’ve retired aggressive, old-school tactics in favor of a modern, helpful consumer experience. We are looking for motivated individuals to help launch our Lenexa office branch opening July 13th.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability
  • Problem Solve: Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Master Multi-System Navigation: Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels
  • Collaborate for Success: Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability
  • Hit Your Targets: Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize your commission potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Needed: High school diploma or GED, and a high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability
  • Preferred: Experience in 3rd-party collections
  • Encouraged to Apply: Candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills

Onsite Work & Physical Requirements

This is an onsite position based in our local office and regular, in-person attendance is an essential function of the role. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams.

This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels. The role may require moving throughout the office and occasionally lifting or moving office materials up to <10 pounds.
