Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound prospecting to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
  • Diagnosis of the prospect’s business pains, Viably’s solution identification, and understanding of prospects’ infrastructure, timelines and budgets
  • Ability to develop a ‘Why Viably, Why Now’ proposition for each prospect interaction as well as a close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals and defined objectives that our field sales team can convert into qualified opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of sales and telesales running outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in a SaaS/Cloud environment
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience using marketing automation/lead nurturing systems
  • Proven experience in short sales cycle selling (same day to one week)
  • SMB and/or Mid-Market sector sales experience
  • Experience in the Enterprise, SaaS, Cloud or FinTech industries, eCommerce experience a huge plus, preferably Amazon/Shopify/Walmart
  • Eloquent and self-confident communicator
  • Experience using Hubspot is strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple customer issues while maintaining a positive & optimistic attitude and move the deal to close
  • Can express ideas in persuasive emails and other written communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence others
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
  • Ideally candidates are located in North Carolina or New York. If located in the RDU region of NC, this position is hybrid, working 3 days a week from our office in Cary, NC and 2 days a week at home. Open to candidates in other areas of the US for candidates that meet all of our requirements
