Account Manager, Sao Paulo

We are looking for an Account Manager who is energetic, imaginative, accountable and motivated, who proactively showcases themselves to the team and wider business with a hands-on mentality and demonstrates initiative.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of day-to-day relationship and account management of your client book of business, working across all marketer types (brands, agencies and performance buyers)

  • End-to-end campaign management and execution

  • Provide strategic recommendations and value for client campaigns, with a focus on helping them to optimize towards higher conversion rates, lower CPAs and positive ROI

  • Be proactive at identifying opportunities to grow and scale your clients with ROI being the forefront of your recommendations, to help maintain client retention within your book of business

  • Bring strong analytical skills to your day-to-day with the ability to find the insight and the ‘so what’ in the Outbrain and client data

  • Build strategic partnerships with clients and service them in accordance to the importance and potential within their portfolio and their business needs

  • Conduct in-person and/or Zoom meetings with clients to present campaign reviews, QBRs and to help support their strategic planning

Winning factors - we are looking for evidence of:

  • 2+ years account management experience in the digital industry

  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment within the dynamic Account Management team, which requires continuous learning and adaptiveness

  • Experience and proven results in managing client retention, with confidence to upsell a client where the opportunity arises, with data being your driver

  • You bring a general enthusiasm and curiosity to your day to day in working with colleagues and clients alike

  • Experience working with clients for whom have dedicated performance KPIs, supporting them with excellent analytical skills and an affinity for data and trends

  • Extremely well organized, have a quick view and can deal with stressful situations well

  • Strong technical understanding of tracking & attribution on platforms such as Google Analytics, DCM, Omniture, Conversant, s2s/MMS etc.

  • Strong understanding of the competitive digital landscape across Search, Social, Native, VIdeo and Display.

  • You are "Outbrainy", ie always open to new things and go forward with positive and determined challenges

  • Native Portuguese - Must, Fluent English - Must
