Your Story

EX.CO is looking for a Solution Engineer who will become an integral part of our team, taking on various responsibilities to recommend integration architectures, solve complex technical and system integration issues. Your primary focus will be driving complex integrations and ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions for clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Long story short, you will:

  • Design and propose innovative solutions that leverage our products and services to address client needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work in a dynamic, high pace, technical environment with autonomy.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

It would be awesome if you have:

  • 2+ years experience in JavaScript and other web technologies - Must
  • Experience using browser developer tools for debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools) - Must
  • Familiarity with ad tech (VAST, VPAID, Prebid.JS, GAM) - Must
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON - Must
  • Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely - Must
  • Self-driven, self-managed, loves challenges and learning - Must

It would be SUPER awesome if you have:

  • Familiarity with popular video player libraries (e.g., Video.js, HLS.js).
  • Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience in providing technical support and interacting with customers.
  • Experience in managing customer expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field experience—We love self-taught engineers.

The pay range for this position in New York is $140,000 – $150,000
