EX.CO is looking for a Support Engineer with a strong background in Ad-Tech. As a Support Engineer, the primary responsibility is to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and technical assistance. The Support Engineer is the main point of contact for customers seeking help with our products and services, and works closely with the Technical CSMs and CSMs to address their needs effectively.

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with clients in a technical and customer-facing role within the ad-tech industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of online advertising infrastructure, focusing on the publisher’s ecosystem.
- Analyze data using reports and logging systems and apply a tech-oriented approach to identify and resolve challenges proactively.
- Use a client-focused mindset to leverage data and analytics for driving business results.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Take ownership of projects, proactively solving problems and adapting to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent project management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Continuously learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, strong proficiency in HTML development tools, including the ability to analyze events and errors to identify page elements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience with different web APIs.
- Experience with tools like Tableau, JIRA, and CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of Chrome Dev Tools.
- Familiarity with SSPs, PMPs, and the Programmatic Landscape.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Hands-on problem solver with a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for adopting new technologies.
The pay range for this position in New York is $140,000 – $150,000
