What You’ll Do:
Provide personal assistance to the CEO and C-level executives
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspace
Manage and track office budget and expenses
Hold a position of trust and confidentiality
Manage office supplies, deliveries, and facility-related needs
Ensure ongoing office maintenance and resolve facility issues proactively
Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and building management
Collaborate with additional company office sites as needed
Assist with onboarding new hires and general administrative support
Support employee well-being initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Plan and coordinate company events, holiday celebrations, and team activities
Welcome and assist guests and visitors

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)

The pay range for this position in New York is $45,000–$55,000.
