🌍 Help Build the Future of Cross Border Payment

At Nilos, we’re transforming how businesses move money across borders using stablecoins — building infrastructure that connects Europe, Africa, and Latin America. We work with leading fintechs and global payment providers who rely on us for fast, secure, and compliant cross-border flows.

With operations spanning multiple jurisdictions and a rapidly scaling business, we are building out our finance function and looking for our first finance hire.

This role reports directly to the CFO and sits at the heart of everything finance touches — from the routine to the complex. The right person will get broad exposure from day one and grow fast.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable management

• Support on billing and operational finance processes

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Preparation of solo and consolidated accounts across group entities

• Israeli tax compliance — VAT, corporate income tax, and subsidiary returns

• Transfer pricing documentation and support

• Coordination with external auditors and statutory audit processes

• Cash management and liquidity monitoring

• Regulatory compliance support across jurisdictions

• Building and maintaining financial processes, controls, and reporting dashboards

Requirements

• CPA certified — mandatory

• 1–2 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar role

• Big 4 internship background — strong advantage

• Previous experience in fintech — strong advantage

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a high-paced environment

• Proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy

• Embraces modern tools, including AI, to work efficiently and add value beyond the basics

• Fluent in English and Hebrew
