We are seeking a UX Designer to shape and evolve the user experience, visual language, and brand presence of Tenna Systems’ products across the government, defence, and aerospace sectors. This role focuses on designing intuitive, high-impact user experiences for complex, data-driven systems, while also contributing to field marketing, product storytelling, and the evolution of Tenna’s overall design language as products mature. The UX Designer will work closely with product management, engineering, and business development to translate advanced technical capabilities into clear, usable interfaces and compelling visual narratives. This role spans hands-on UX/UI design, design thinking and brainstorming, and implementation of design concepts across product interfaces, demos, and customer-facing materials, with direct feedback from real-world users and deployments. Qualifications- B.Sc. or equivalent experience in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field (Required)- Proven experience designing UX/UI for complex software platforms, dashboards, or technical systems- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user flows and visual designs- Experience with field marketing, product demos, or customer-facing design assets is a plus- Background or interest in government, defence, aerospace, or mission-critical industries is an advantage
