We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale Tenna Systems’ software-driven spectrum intelligence platform across government, defense, and aerospace environments. This role focuses on developing cloud-native systems that transform distributed sensor data into real-time operational insight. The Full Stack Engineer will work across backend services, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure to support Tenna’s spectrum intelligence and resilience capabilities. The role includes building scalable microservices, architecting cloud deployments, and developing intuitive, high-performance web applications for complex geospatial and RF-driven data systems. This position requires strong ownership across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through deployment and optimization, while collaborating closely with product, data science, and field teams to deliver resilient, production-grade systems used in operational environments. Qualifications- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or equivalent practical experience (Required)- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer working with modern web technologies- Strong backend experience with .NET Core, Node.js, or Python, including RESTful API design- Frontend expertise in React (preferred) or similar modern frameworks- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications in AWS, including Docker and Kubernetes- Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems- Familiarity with geospatial systems, GIS platforms, or 3D/visualization frameworks (e.g., CesiumJS, ArcGIS) is a strong advantage- Ability to lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and work directly with customers when required Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to help design, build, and operate Tenna’s greenfield data platform. You’ll own mission-critical pipelines and services powering our RF and spectrum analytics — including real-time spoofing detection and signal intelligence across maritime, aerial, and space domains — balancing performance, cost, and reliability as we scale. This is a platform role with significant architectural surface area: the decisions you make will shape Tenna’s data infrastructure for years.
